2003-08-30 -- 11:30 p.m. Questions and Opinions! (one more entry) I stand firm that you CANNOT have an opinion that is RIGHT, if you are basing it off of reason and logic. It can be right if you are Christian, because God can say it is right, but you CANNOT answer opinion-related, debatable questions without relying solely on science, math, logic, reason, and nature. It *cannot* be done. Digression: This is why I do not like to stick solely to reason, science, logic, etc. when I am reasoning. I believe that anything is possible, and do you see that statement above? It says "cannot." Can NOT. That contradicts my belief. In science, there are imossibilities. Backward time-travel is an impossibility. Okay, I change that previous sentence from "science" to "modern-science." There are impossiblities in modern-science. People who put faith in modern science I find wrong, because they invest nothing in what future science might discover. They see only today and the past, and don't consider future possibility. I live by future possibility. I can't think of any examples right now. This always happens. I state something and then don't feel like backing it up, or am not in the mood to. I guess I don't care whether anybody cares or agrees with me one way or the other. For all I know everything I just said is ABSOLUTELY WRONG. Anything's possible. Profile
